Structural Integration/Rolfing
A 10-Session Path to Deeper Alignment

Structural Integration/Rolfing is a comprehensive 10-session series designed to balance and align the entire body by freeing it from the outside in and inside out. Often regarded as one of the deepest forms of deep-tissue bodywork, this approach is administered in a gentle, non-intrusive manner. Guided movements help you engage your core, ensuring each technique is purposeful and aligned with your overall well-being.
Three Primary Phases

-
Sessions 1–3
-
Key Focus: Release stiffness, spasticity, and long-held tension in the torso, shoulders, hips, and extremities.
-
Outcome: Muscles are differentiated on multiple planes, freeing bones for more natural alignment. This improves joint balance and prepares the body to better connect with its core.
-
-
Sessions 4–7
-
Key Focus: Activate and organize the core (located around the abdominal region).
-
Outcome: Strengthened core engagement supports overall posture, stability, and functional movement.
-
-
Sessions 8–10
-
Key Focus: Integrate the extremities with the core.
-
Outcome: A fully aligned structure that moves and operates in harmony, promoting holistic health and spiritual well-being.
-
Ideal for Proactive Wellness
This series is highly recommended for anyone committed to taking an active role in their health journey. While the 10-session program offers the most comprehensive transformation, even the first few sessions can significantly ease tension and enhance posture.
Important Considerations
-
Scheduling: For best results, weekly sessions are advised (up to a two-week interval at most), preserving the momentum needed for lasting changes.
-
Active Participation: A willingness to engage physically, mentally, and spiritually helps you get the most out of each session.
